To evaluate the Hospital@Night Team (H@NT) nursing model of care, and to investigate nurses’ perception of the model one year after implementation.This project took place in a public metropolitan hospital in Victoria, Australia. A total of 14 wards with a mix of acute medical and surgical patients were involved.
