Effect of reduction temperatures on the thermal and electrical conductivities of reduced graphene oxide films on the Cu foils
2016 17th International Conference on Electronic Packaging Technology (ICEPT)(2016)
摘要
Graphene oxide (GO) films are fabricated by direct evaporation of GO suspension on Cu foils under mild heating, and ultrathin paper-like reduced graphene films are produced by reducing graphene oxide films on Cu foils in H
