摘要

•Effects of Tween-20 and Tween-80 surfactants on PVC UF membranes were studied.•Remarkable changes in permeation, morphology and flux recovery were observed.•Tween addition led to more porous structure, hydrophilic surface and water flux.•The prepared membranes have better fouling resistance using BSA as a foulant.
