摘要

An expert panel established practice guidelines on the use of high-dose chemotherapy (HDCT) in germ-cell cancer (GCC). It has been demonstrated that HDCT cures selected heavily pretreated GCC patients. The panel encourages the inclusion of GCC patients in randomized clinical trials.
