摘要
Cu2Se hexagonal nanoplates array film on a Cu substrate has been successfully synthesized at room temperature through a facile solution route, using Se powder as a Se source and NaBH4 as a reducing agent. The product was characterized and its formation mechanism was explored on the basis of control experiments. Its optical property and photodegradation activity on methylene blue (MB) were studied. The results show that the intercrossed orthorhombic Cu2Se hexagonal nanoplates are perpendicular to the substrate with lateral sizes of 1-2 mu m and thickness of 80-100 nm. The Cu2Se hexagonal nanoplates film, a Fenton-like catalyst, exhibits high photocatalytic activity to MB with the assistance of H2O2. (C) 2016 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
