Determination of Mineral Element Germanium in Rice and Its By-product by Spectrophotometry

The mineral element germanium in rice and by-product were analyzed.Under the optimized experimental conditions,the regression equation of the standard curve is A=0.012 36 C+0.030 39 with the correlation coefficient r=0.999 6.The linear range of determination is 0~7.2μg/mL.The recovery is 98.5%~106.5% and the relative standard deviation is 1.57%.The results show that the content of germanium in rice,rice bran,rice straw,rice husk,rice leaf is 0.738 2μg/g,3.971 3μg/g,7.597 9μg/g, 13.644 0μg/g and 14.906 1μg/g,respectively.
