摘要
Objective To study the clinical value of serum fibrosis indexs combined with liver function indexs for the diagnosis of chronic liver diseases. Methods 80 patients with chronic liver diseases from June 2011 to June 2013 in our hospital were selected to study. And 40 healthy adults were selected as the control group. The primary outcome was results of the detection of the serum fibrosis indexs and liver function indexs; and the secondary result was an analysis of the positive rate of chronic liver disease. Results The positive rate of joint detection(93.75%) was significantly higher than the fibrosis index detection(67.50%) and the liver function indexs testing positive rate(75.00%), with significant difference(χ2= 17.479 0, P = 0.000 2). The alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST) of the patients with chronic liver diseases were significantly increased(P 0.01); the alpha-fetoprotein(AFP) of the patients with cirrhosis and liver cancer were significantly boosted(P 0.01). The hyaluronic acid(HA), type Ⅳ collagen(Ⅳ-C) and PCⅢ NP of the patients with chronic liver diseases significantly increased(P 0.01). Conclusions The combined detection of serum fibrosis indexs and liver function indexs for the diagnosis of chronic liver disease has high clinical value for diagnosing chronic livers diseases, which is worthy of wide clinical application.
