Preliminary Study on Distribution Features of Salmonella Virulence Genes fromCygnus and Anser

To investigate the distribution features of Salmonellavirulence genes fromCygnus and Anser,45Salmonellaisolates fromCygnus and Anser were preserved in our laboratory,and the virulence genes were detected by PCR for SPI-1invA,SPI-2spiC and ttrC,SPI-3mgtC,SPI-4SPI-4R,SPI-5sopB.In addition,the virulence genes of 3isolates,which were isolated from different serotypes were cloned and sequenced.The results showed that genes such as invA,sopB positive detection rate was 91%(41/45),spiC was89%(40/45),ttrC was 84%(38/45),mgtC,SPI-4R was 82%(37/45).The virulence genes exist in most of the strains,sequencing strains were homologous above 91%compared to the reference strains in GenBank.The results enriched epidemiological data of the Salmonella virulence gene frequency distribution.
