Simulation and Analysis of Flood and Sediment Movement Characteristic by One Dimentional Numerical Model

Flood and sediment movement characteristic are simulated and analysed by one dimensional unsteady water and sediment numerical model.The main aspects include flood propagation process and sediment transport process,such as ,flood stage,flood propagation time ,flood discharge,sediment concentration,river bed erosion and deposition quantity and bed deformation etc,the analysis of these procces indicates that the simulate results are well in accordance with those related field data.It is also make known that the one dimensional numerical model is able to simulated flood and sediment movement.A efficiency method is provided with Yellow River channel flood and sediment forecast.
