摘要
METHODS: Patients included in the study were those undergoing neoadjuvant chemoradiation followed by esophagectomy for esophageal adenocarcinoma that had appropriate treatment interval and survival times recorded. Three interval times were examined: Duration of Radiation, Radiation End to Surgery, and Diagnosis to Surgery. These variables were analyzed as binary variables (short vs long) in both univariate and multivariate Cox Regression for OS as well as Fisher’s exact test and binomial logistic regression for CPR rates to identify significant associations.
