Conclusion/Impact/Outcomes: Further research needs to be done to explore HNC patients’ and relatives’ satisfaction of pretreatment information pertaining to radiation therapy-related side effects. A mixed methods prospective study would provide more thorough and accurate data, which could later on be used to come up with ways to improve the patient experience before treatment.
