摘要

In this paper, we present stimuli-responsive nanoparticles of COS-SS-PCL with biodegradability and biocompatibility. The release of DOX from nanoparticles in vitro is implemented under the concurrence of weak acid and GSH, and reveals the excellent synergistic effect on pH and GSH.
