摘要
•Bayesian estimates of test accuracy for diagnosing reproductive tract disease in dairy cows.•Vaginal discharge score (≥ mucus with flecks of pus) had the highest sensitivity and specificity.•Leukocyte esterase (≥ moderate amount of leukocytes) had similar accuracy than endometrial cytology (≥ 6% neutrophils).•Mean within-herd prevalence of reproductive tract disease was estimated at 47.9%.
