摘要
•Vine shoots were tested for prebiotic oligosaccharides (OS) production.•Membrane processing allowed to remove a high percentage of impurities.•Purified OS were characterized by HPLC, FTIR, HPAEC-PAD, MALDI-TOF and UPLC-ESI-MS.•Purified OS were assayed for prebiotic activity showing bifidogenic effect.
