摘要

•We found that PLR levels are significantly higher in PSD patients than in non-PSD patients.•Elevated PLR levels at admission are independently associated with the development of 1-month PSD, even after adjustment for several conventional confounders.•These findings suggested PLR at baseline could provide important predictive information for depression after acute ischemic stroke.
