摘要

•Six enzyme activities were dosed simultaneously on one DBS.•A new chromatographic plumbing allowed product elution and cleaning up within 4.5 min avoiding column and valco valve stress.•A faster analytical procedure combined to the new chromatographic strategy made high workload affordable and rapid diagnosis and follow up.
