摘要

BACKGROUND: A 59-year-old male who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy for a bladder cancer 10 months previously was admitted for recurrent chest pain episodes after uretera reimplantation. INVESTIGATION: ECG, serum cardiac markers, serum haemoglobin, transthoracic echocardiography, coronary angiography, QCA, 3D-QCA, FFR for serial stenosis, endomyocardial biopsy. DIAGNOSIS: Left ventricular systolic dysfunction, multivessel coronary heart disease. MANAGEMENT: Blood transfusion, myocardial revascularisation.
