Fast Thermoresponsive Optical Membrane Using Hydrogels Embedded in Macroporous Silicon

We have fabricated a temperature-sensitive hydrogel through copolymerization of N-isopropylacrylamide and acrylamide inside a macroporous silicon structure and demonstrated fast thermal response compared to its bulk structure.
