摘要
•High impact clinical studies provide evidence influencing clinicians’ patient care.•We studied machine learning classifiers to identify high impact studies from PubMed.•To minimize concept drift, we only used time-agnostic features.•The classifier identified 2–3 high impact studies out of 20 ranked citations.•Our approach performed equivalently to a baseline with time-sensitive features.
