摘要

•BPF caused increased the activity of ASAT, ALAT, GGT enzymes.•BPF led to increase ALP activity and bilirubin concentration.•BPF increased the liver MDA; however it decreased GSH, GST and CAT activities.•ACE 1 was down-regulated in BPF group compared to BDL group.•Short- term ACE inhibition pathway induces liver fibrosis during cholestasis disease.
