摘要
Sub-anesthetic doses of ketamine (0.3 mg/kg/hr or less) are increasingly being used for depression and chronic pain, but carry a risk of manic induction. Patients who may receive ketamine should be screened for a bipolar diathesis prior to treatment. Olanzapine and lorazepam appear to be effective in treating mania associated with ketamine.
