Co-expression profiling of plasma miRNAs and long noncoding RNAs in gastric cancer patients.

•The H19 and miR-675 expression were significantly elevated in plasma samples of GC patients.•The MEG3 and miR-141 plasma levels were significantly down-regulated in GC patients.•The expression levels of some ncRNAs were associated with some clinicopathological features of patients.•ROC analysis revealed that a combination of H19, MEG3 and miR-675 levels able to discriminate controls and GC subjects.
