摘要

•Novel nanocrystals based hydrogel was designed by using HLA as matrix.•BCA-NC could be imprisoned into the gel network of HLA.•BCA-NC-gel with 1% HLA exhibited the favorable rheological behavior.•BCA-NC-gel with 1% HLA significantly improved the skin permeation of BCA.•HLA based nanogel system is a promising carrier for drug transdermal delivery.
