The Anatomic Distribution of Skin Involvement in Patients with Incident Chronic Graft-versus-Host Disease.

•Anatomic skin distribution is described in 182 incident cGVHD Consortium patients.•Erythema, the most common feature, was widespread but spared the lower extremities.•Sclerosis, more common than anticipated, rarely involved the head, neck, and scalp.•Deep sclerotic features were most common in the upper and lower extremities.•A high level of symmetry of extremity involvement was observed.
