摘要
•Optimal control in NMR is computationally intensive and time consuming.•We generate/update a toggling frame in which the Hamiltonian is time-invariant.•In this setting, optimal control pulses can be generated orders of magnitude faster.•We rapidly make a sample-specific refocusing pulse needed for 19F fragment screening.
