摘要

•IONM is beneficial to long-term functional and survival outcomes of patients with glioma.•IONM makes eloquence of glioma no longer an unfavorable predictor of OS.•We validate the IONM contribution to both functional and survival outcomes.•This is the largest report with the longest duration of follow-up to date.
