摘要
Patients who received a higher radiation fall-off dose volume parameter (V20 ≥7% and V10 ≥20%) to the contralateral uninvolved lung had a higher incidence of any-grade postoperative pulmonary toxicity. Limiting radiation fall-off dose to the uninvolved lung may be an important modifiable radiation parameter in limiting postoperative toxicity in trimodality patients.
