IgG4 expression is frequent in mesenteric tumor deposits from small intestinal neuroendocrine tumors. Undersampling of tumor on biopsies of mesenteric tumor deposits could potentially cause diagnostic confusion with IgG4-related sclerosing mesenteritis. This article is protected by copyright.
