摘要
•The non-psychoactive cannabinoid cannabidiol (CBD) significantly decreased pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines associated with T-cell differentiation and invasion in mice following spinal cord injury (SCI).•CBD also decreased T cell invasion into the injured cord.•A higher percentage of SCI mice in the vehicle-treated group went on to develop moderate to severe thermal sensitivity as compared with CBD-treated mice.•These anti-inflammatory effects of CBD were not associated with improved recovery of locomotor or bladder function following SCI.
