摘要
•To simulate packing plant disinfection, transboundary disease viruses were dried on steel, plastic and concrete surfaces in swine excretion products and disinfected with various disinfectants.•The majority of the viruses were stable in swine blood and feces for hours after drying.•Blood and meat juices strongly inhibited the activity of all the disinfectants.•Hypochlorite-based disinfectants were less effective than acidic disinfectants against viruses dried in swine feces.
