Individual behavioural predictors of amphetamine-induced emission of 50 kHz vocalization in rats.
Behavioural Brain Research(2018)
摘要
•Motivation (latency to approach reward) and tendency to emit USVs were studied.•Approach latency and 50 kHz USVs after saline predict AMPH-induced USV emission.•Approach latency and saline 50 kHz USVs represent distinct predictors for AMPH USVs.•Without sensitization, AMPH selectively increased Trill subtype of USVs.•Acute AMPH-induced 50 kHz USVs show elevated average sound frequency.
