摘要

•66.7% of presumed BTLE patients actually have unilateral seizure onset.•More than 50% of patients with BTLE remained seizure free one year after operation.•The outcome of patients with BTLE wasn’t significantly inferior in the long-term.•Some patients with independent bitemporal seizures could have favorable outcome.
