摘要

•Cluster analysis was applied to AHF patients and categorized patients into 3 clusters.•These clusters were vascular failure, cardiac and renal failure, and HFpEF.•These clusters showed prognostic implications.•Cluster analysis could be useful for identifying phenotypes of AHF.
