摘要
Using hormone-naive patient-derived xenograft models and matched host castration-induced castration-resistant prostate cancers (CRPCs), we found and validated, for the first time, that growth factor receptor bound protein 10 (GRB10) is a CRPC driver, suggesting a novel therapeutic target for improved CRPC therapy and delaying the development of treatment resistance.
