摘要

•Relationship between fractalkine (FKN) expression and lupus nephritis (LN).•qPCR and ELISA to detect the expression levels of FKN in LN patients and controls.•Serum and mRNA levels of FKN were significantly increased in LN patients.•The FKN expression levels were positively correlated with disease activity.•The data suggest that up-regulation of FKN is associated with pathogenesis of LN.
