摘要
•Our proteomic analysis for 2BS cell provided an approach for elucidating the mechanisms of premature senescence and SAL anti-senescence.•We found that many proteins, for example energy metabolism proteins, were related to 2BS cell senescence and SAL anti-senescence.•Our findings indicate that SAL exhibits anti-cancer activity through CLIC1 mediating cellular ROS function and apoptosis.
