Plasma lipoprotein(a) levels in patients with homozygous autosomal dominant hypercholesterolemia.
Journal of Clinical Lipidology(2017)
摘要
•Patients with autosomal dominant hypercholesterolemia (ADH) have high Lp(a) levels.•It is not completely known whether these levels are gene-dose-dependent.•We studied whether Lp(a) levels differ among bi-allelic ADH mutations carriers and their relatives.•Plasma Lp(a) levels were increased in bi-allelic ADH patients compared with both mono-allelic and unaffected relatives.
