Impact of HLA Disparity in Haploidentical Bone Marrow Transplantation Followed by High-Dose Cyclophosphamide.

•Recipients of haploidentical transplantation may have a lower degree of HLA disparity, both global or in 1-way allo-immune response.•Higher degree of HLA mismatches did not have any impact on OS, NRM, aGVHD, cGVHD, relapse, or graft failure.•Advanced disease was the most significant predictor of poor outcome.
