Is age a prognostic biomarker for survival among women with locally advanced cervical cancer treated with chemoradiation? An NRG Oncology/Gynecologic Oncology Group ancillary data analysis.

•Among older patients, toxicities and completion of chemo-RT for cervix cancer are not well defined.•This ancillary NRG study demonstrates few differences in reported toxicities during chemo-RT by age.•Brachytherapy was not completed in 35% of patients ≥70 as compared to 13% of pts<40.•Disease specific survival did not differ among patients<70years old and those≥70years old.
