Developing a parallel density-based implicit solver with mesh deformation in OpenFOAM

摘要
•A parallel density-based LU-SGS solver writing in Arbitrary Lagrangian Eulerian formulation is proposed based on OpenFOAM.•A parallel mesh deformation method based on the Support Vector Machine is developed in our platform to speed-up the large-scale moving grid simulations.•The scalability of the proposed solver is investigated on the Tianhe-2 supercomputer, the result shows that the scalability of the solver reaches its limit at around 128 MPI tasks, and the MPI receive function is the bottleneck for large-scale simulations.
