Lcp For Managing Smart Greenhouse

Smart Greenhouse refers to a facility that can manage the growth environment of crops remotely or automatically by applying ICT technology to legacy greenhouse. It can minimize the use of labor and energy and maximize productivity and quality of agricultural products. However, because the way of configuring the Smart Greenhouse differs, it is not convenient for the manager to maintain its Smart Greenhouse after once it is installed. To solve the problem, this paper presents LCP (Lightweight Control Protocol for Smart Greenhouse), an application layer protocol, for delivering management messages regardless of any change in installed parts. In addition, LCP is proposed as Korean organization standards to promote relevant industry.
