摘要
•AR nanoporous surface was fabricated by a facile vapor phase etching method.•A maximum transmittance of >99% has been achieved for sodalime glass.•The reflectance was reduced to below 1.5% at 48°.•A relative gain of ∼6% in Isc has been achieved.
