摘要
Schema validation is an important technique that achieves reliable data exchange on the Web. Historically, schema validation has been developed intensively in XML. However, open data, which receive much attention recently, are exchanged in various formats such as JSON and CSV. As XML schema validators are not available in other different formats, most of open data are exchanged without schema validation. In this paper, we present a new approach that provides a schema constrained syntax definition by creating a fusion of a schema definition and a syntax definition of a data format described in PEG. By applying our approach, we can obtain a generated parser serving as a schema validator that validates open data.
