摘要

•ER-GDH-CLEAs and ER-GDH-SPs were constructed by CLEAs and BI method.•The cofactor regeneration system was effectively established.•The stability, activity and reusability of co-immobilized enzymes were improved.•This study introduces simple and inexpensive co-immobilization strategies.
