High-resolution ultrasound in patients with Wartenberg's migrant sensory neuritis, a case-control study.
Clinical Neurophysiology(2018)
摘要
•High-resolution ultrasonography (HRUS) shows multifocal nerve enlargement with involvement of brachial plexus in Wartenberg’s migrant sensory neuritis (WMSN).•Nerve enlargement in WMSN is more severe than in axonal PNP, but less pronounced than in chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy or Lewis-Sumner syndrome.•Sonographic features in WMSN may add diagnostic value and suggest an auto-immune etiology.
