•Rapstrom™ is a newer generation, thin-struts, sirolimus-eluting stent with a biodegradable polymer•In our registry, the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events at 3years was 14.8%, with a low rate of stent thrombosis•These results support data in favour of the combination of thin struts and biodegradable polymer
