摘要
•This study systematically investigated the metabolic profile of erysolin in rats using the approach of UHPLC-FT-ICR-MS, and the metabolic profile of erysolin in vivo was revealed preliminarily for the first time.•After an intragastric gavage to rats, six new phase II metabolites were detected in biological samples, they were validated by MS information and fragment ions from MS/MS spectra.•Erysolin mainly metabolized via the mercapturic acid metabolic pathway in vivo.
