Research and Application of Knowledge: Driven Parameter Processing of Oil Well Intelligent Production

Parameter calculation and threshold setting of oil well intelligent production is a challenge, because it is heavily dependent on domain knowledge and cumbersome steps within the oil and gas extraction specialty. This problem limits the introduction of intelligent production technologies to oil and gas exploration industry. In this paper, a approach of knowledge-driven is proposed, by which the parameter processing knowledge for oil well intelligent model is divided into parameter calculation knowledge and threshold setting knowledge, and these knowledge is formalized and automatically reasoned, respectively. Based on the proposed method, an intelligent production architecture of oil well is constructed, and a management system is developed. The results of application test show that the knowledge - driven method can simplify parameter processing process of oil well intelligent production, and improve the effectiveness and accuracy of early warning and fault alarm.
