The article ''A note on ''Applying fuzzy linguistic preference relations to the improvement of consistency of fuzzy AHP\"'' (Information Sciences, vol. 346-347, 1-5, 2016) contains some typing mistakes that are affecting the proper understanding of the proposed results. These typing mistakes are corrected here.
