Research on quantitative quality evaluation method based on double cycles

Based on 7-year CDIO implementation and 2-year accreditation preparation, a quantitative quality evaluation method is proposed. The quality is evaluated by achievement scale of graduation requirements which take both self-evaluation and stakeholder evaluation into account. The features of quality evaluation method are shown as following: It pays more attention to the learning process rather than the score of examinations; It quantifies quality evaluation by means of formulas; Continuous improvement works owing to two cycles. The paper describes the implementation framework based on double cycles and the seven steps of implementation.
